Born in Parma (Italy) in 1976, Dj Marcello Giordani has bought the first record in 1988 and in 1992 started spinning the House music in clubs nearby his town.
At 20, he started the residency at a party called “Les Folies de Pigalle” (at times already one of the best house club in Italy), so that gave him the opportunity to work on the most important Italian Club scenes till these days.
At the age of 21 he decided to buy his first studio equipment... an Akai S2000 - Juno 106 and a Macintosh Performa as a sequencer.
In '98 he has released the first 3 traxx E.P. called "The Raw Show", in '99 - released "Lifting" on Tone Recordings (subsidiary of King Size Rec. UK), remixed by the Irish duo "Switchkraft", in '01 - "Dumbo" on Hole Subaltern Rec. (IT) with the pseudo of "Area Vip", and SuperMonica in "Phornographie @ Madhouse" (CD only) in '02.
Marcello also collects Disco/Funk/Boogie/Electro/Italo, so his music tastes / productions & DjSets have been inspired by the N.Y.C. Club "Paradise Garage" and CHI scene "Music Box" of the mid '80s... when House Music began to get big.
